Prototype looks a lot more fun to be honest, and the scope of the game promise to be a lot more than what Infamouse has to offer. So from the game's initial impression alone, I'd go with Prototype.
However, considering that Infamous is being developed by Suckerpunch and Prototype by Radical Entertainment, I'm willing to give Infamous the benefit of the doubt, base on pedegree alone (in no way a surety) Infamous has a good chance of being the better game.
