Well, I wouldn't be surprised if a GTA Wii came out.
It won't sell any astounding numbers....and Chinatown Wars, I doubt that will sell much either.
It won't be GTA5 coming to the Wii, but some sort of spinoff.
As to the relationship between Nintendo and Rockstar...they split apart when Rocstar was known as DMA design (I think) during the N64 days. With Nintendo's efforts to make 3rd parties happy, I doubt R* resents Ninty right now. If they did, there would've been no GTA games on the Gamboys and no GTA on the DS.
As for control on a Wii version, I doubt it would prove too difficult. Just follow Godfather: Blackhand Edition.
