Anno 1701 aka 1701 A.D. (the series is huge in Germany, sequel Anno 1404 will be released this year)
The Settlers II The Next Generation (10th Anniversary remake of the best of all Settlers games)
Note: I haven't played any of them, as I don't own a PC anymore, but I liked Anno 1503 on PC as well as Anno 1701 on DS and the Settlers I/II/III were among my favourite PC games. I heard the two Tropico games (which seem to be quite different from each other) are very good, too.
New promising release this month: Grand Ages: Rome
