could Gears of War 3 surpass Killzone 2? Let's have a debate

If gears 3 is on X-box 720 then yes. I'm also wondering how they got Killzone 2 to run so smooth without an install. You know it's not the RSX. It has to be somthing to do with Buray or teh cell.
