could Gears of War 3 surpass Killzone 2? Let's have a debate

as long as GeoW uses a new engine...it's possible...but with the U3 engine...i dont think it's possible...GeoW2 is probably the best U3 engine could do...but like i said...as long as another newer engine is used...it's highly possible
