Reasonable on 06 March 2009
Good - I hate the prequel approach to material like this. You know the past - so you simply end up walking through a story with twists that might/might not make sense knowing where you're going the whole time.
A sequel is clearly the way to go... and I have to say this sounds very good. I really liked Bio but felt it lacked in story/depth compared to the games it patterned itself on (System Shock, etc) but this sound very promising.
Sounds like something or somebody is looking to create Little Sisters... and my curiosity is already piqued as to why.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
