Try not to flat out state the twist, just refer to it so that people who haven't played the game don't have it ruined. The people that matter will get it.
For me I'm thinking the secret about Kalas revealed late in Baten Kaitos. I mean the game was pretty good up until then but holy shit, that blew my mind. Hats off to whoever came up with that one.
