My favourite moment in Blue Dragon is when the world splits and all the cubes are revealed, i was like "Wooow" XDD.
Haven't fully completed the game, i'm on the end of chapter 5 so far, but my favourite moment so far is the movie with allegretto and polka on tenuto floral valley, i am really intriged about the meaning of the stone that polka has, i think it's some kinda of infinite loop because it's all a dream of Chopin, but i've yet to see more of the game.
