Meat-eaters kill more plants AND animals than vegetarians. And waste way more clean water, which is pretty bad since we don't have enough for humans anyway.
I'm cutting back on cow because they waste the most water and hurt the atmosphere the most, but I still eat meat. Just not half as much as I used to. The only time I absolutely need cow is when I'm at a taco truck that has lengua.
