My god ppl, notice the bolded. He directly refers to the accent!!! Have none of you ever called a company for customer service and had this happen?? He didnt insult intelligence, religion, etc etc. Its a fact that alot of companies outsource thier CR to India and that English is thier second language. It can be rather difficult to get technical support from someone you cant even understand.
