IGN: Is Final Fantasy VII overrated?

I'd consider it maybe a little overrated. Without a doubt it was a great RPG, but I'd definitely not consider it the pinnacle of RPG's.

There are definitely a handful of RPG's that I hold in higher regard:
-FFIV & VI
-Chrono Trigger
-Earthbound
