I eat anything low calorie. But I've gotten in the habit of eating 2 bananas for breakfast and then something heavier for dinner. Like a can of chili, soup, tuna, pasta, etc. Too often though I will get some taco bell or other fast food for that dinner meal. I also drink LOTS of water and take vitamins with my bananas. Yeah I'm a freak, what ya gonna do?
