eh many pizza places have vegan crusts and sauce in the first place, including chains. But thats not really catering to vegans. I've never had a vegan pizza myself, but I will eventually. By vegan pizza I mean these places offer vegan cheese... which is just soy cheese. Its frustrating that I can't do it myself because no stores around here sell real vegan cheese. All the soy cheeses seem to have casein in them.
And I know for a fact that soy cheese doesn't taste nearly as good as the real thing but I figure if I go long enough without cheese the soy cheese will suddenly taste really good to me. Kinda like how I hated beans up until I became a vegetarian.
