That would be worse than the plague, but luckily it's unlikely, they'd need an individual with the right chromosomes and training him since his birth for decades to get such another oracle! 
Hey, they could do a movie about a reality show growing a new Pachter since his birth without him knowing it! Or even worse they could do this reality show itself!!!
