We could all learn something from this man's writings. He never actually says "I believe the PS3 will have a price cut soon"

"We think the company needs to reduce the current price by USD 100 to effectively restart unit velocity at retail." - This may be true, maybe $50 would be enough, maybe $100 would be too little. It's not relevant though

"We believe the market is expecting a PS3 price cut in April or by June at the latest," - The market anticipates it? Markets are inanimate objects and are incapable of anticipating anything

Hickey said that without a price cut, the console could stagnate on shelves, prompting publishers to move resources away from PlayStation 3 development. - Correctus. Again, irrelevant to the issue of if and when they will cut the price.

"If Sony does not cut the price of their console, we expect the continuation of languishing PS3 hardware sales and the potential for publishers to accelerate their reallocation of resources away from the PS3 console." Objection! Relevence?

This analyst needs to grow a pair and start analysing, not just repeating what he hears on forums
