Those states have two things going for the online porn industry.
1. Not much else to do, especially in the adult areas. For Florida, there are some great strip clubs in Miami and Tampa but the rest of the state is lame.
2. Online porn offers anonymity in conservative areas.
My thoughts are either these aren't the conservative people buying it or it's just that conservatives may be less aware of free porn.
I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.
