Yeah SNK is making it and they are investing a lot of their resources in to making the game look kickass. Visuals will be pretty sweet... Gamplay has always been solid for SNK games, art style superb and animation uniqe...but the game is a little bit on the hardcore side (not friendly to newcomers) and some characters are unbalanced.
Think of street fighter after its had 6 shots of wiskey...and you get KOF.
