Is not.  Killzone 2 doesn't have Griffball.

And you can count me as unbiased, as I neither own Halo 3 now, nor have I ever played Griffball.

 

I would expect that KZ2 does have better graphics.  It also has bots, and an RPG-like multiplayer mode.
