Why are people so threatened by the Wii?

I've always been more frustrated with AI cheating than AI skills, I guess it's because I usually tear apart the AI's methods and figure out how to make it easy. :-/

 

So essentially I guess I can say I've never been overly impressed with an A.I. in any game so far.
