Why are people so threatened by the Wii?

ok so no doubt you guys are going to go round and round until you end up of topic which is the norm here, I'll just add my little piece and be done with.

All systems are trying to go to the next level with their games and systems its just that they all have gone their own ways in doing it. In the end they are trying to get you as immersed into the game as much as possible, you just have to ask yourself the question if graphics or interaction is your view of immersion...
