Smaller chip may eventually solve the problem (unless they do as Intel with its first 65nm CPU, the Pentium D, that was a boiling stove as the previous ones).
But wait, where I heard this same old story from MS? Oh, yes: "Windows security/stability problems finally solved"! ""IE security problems finally solved"! "You'll need a crowbar to open the next Windows version"!
