A bunch of RPG's were forgotten for SNES, Lufia I & II, Soul Blazer(terranigma is basically part 3 and illusions of gaia part 2 of this game), Paladins Quest, Shadowrun, Drakkhen, Dragon View, Star Ocean, Bahamut Lagoon and others..
I'm going with SNES because most of the ones I'd call classic are there. The original Playstation did have a bunch of good RPG's but none stand out nearly as well in my mind.
