realistic can mean many thing's, for example the Gun's and the armor may be realistic for what they are composed of the ideal that the steel, iron or what ever the item's are composed of could be 100% realistic, on how it would perform in condition's of that context.
for example take a Warhammer 40k space marine:
A Space Marine is a genetically-enhanced, psycho-indoctrinated,highly trained killing machine. Forget the SAS,Spetznatz and Navy SEALS; their equivalent are the Imperial Guard Storm Troopers. Space Marines are something far above and beyond conventional forces as we understand them today.
the point is even without the strength enhanceing powered armor a Space marine can punch a man's head off his shoulder without it.
is that Realistic? no but it is for that game setting.
