well usually in these things people do it in this fashion so that everyone can see the votes. Most helpful when two people vote at the same time.
UNfortunatly due to my incompotence, no one wants to participate yet due to the size of the list. Hopefully I (and anyone who would like to help) can trim it quite a bit.
