How are HK localisations usually? English or Engrish?

From what I've heard it's the full deal.  I was only in Japan for 5 months for Study-Abroad.  Unfortunately, that ended.  I really want to go back in the next couple years.  It's a very good culture, IMO.

 

I thought the HK version only had English text?  If it's audio as well, I may import.  :O

 

From what I hear, this version includes full English voice-overs.  It's sold out at Play Asia.  They apparently under-estimated the demand for this title.
