| mtofu said: the only fps i've played at length is CoD:WaW (i've gotten motion sickness every other time). i only played the game for about an hour last night because the motion sickness was creeping in again (it sticks with you for about a half hour afterwards... not a pleasant feeling). i suspect it's part of the controls and the multi-level maps (having to look all over the place is disorienting). hopefully it's just a learning curve and that i get used to it soon. on a side note, so far i think the game is too dark - i wouldn't visit helgan. |
Hey that sucks. I get this "motion sickness" every time I throw in R2. It feels lie something heavy and ugly is coming on and it is hard to shake for awhile. I thought it was due to the size of my screen 120" but not sure. Any idea what causes it? I was kind of thinking that it could be the epilepsy thing that they warn you about on the back of the games, but I have never experienced a meltdown before... Scary shit to me though!
Killzone 2 is not really sluggish to me. I notice that it is alot harder to hit moving targets with a bigger gun, but the enemies die easier with better bullets so I am hoping that is part of what makes the game special.
