I liked it. Alot. One of my favorite FF's. I liked that they got rid of turned based game play, because the gambit system was awesome. I hope they never go back. Didn't care for the license grid, but it wasn't terrible. No love story for once, and the story itself was great. graphics were good. It seems like I'm in the minority but I really, REALLY liked this game. Two thumbs up!
EDIT- When fighting elites, I would try over and over to figure out how to beat them ( I don't strategy guides. Cheating), and when I got it right it was amazingly satisfying. It's like making music on paper, and seeing an orchestra played it perfectly. Beautiful.
