The states can leaglize it. The government will still say it's illegal though.
The states SHOULD have the right to regulate it how they see fit... but this wouldn't be the first time the government took liberties.
Either way. Hope they do. I think it's stupid to do... espiecially considering the brain blood flow issue, but everyone should be free to do what they want with their body.

Marijuana stupid too do? although There has NEVER been a single death from it! and how many deaths are there from tobacco & alcohol? do some research please. |
Never been a single death from it... really?
That's your position? Cause that's blatantly not true. There have been fatal car crashes caused by Marijuana. (Not at the same level as Alchohol but they exist.)
Though yes i do consider tobacco and alchohol stupid to do as well. All short term highs for a feeling that isn't going to last and more satisfying to get through regular methods. It's all basic Maslow stuff.
The biggest problem with marijuna is that it slows bloodflow in the brain even after very moderate use.
Which makes it harder to think and increases risks for such disease as Alhzeimers. People ignore very real problematic effects becuase they get hung up on trying to pit it against Alchohol and Tobacco in the very big visible ways and because the government put out a lot of misinformation... I don't know. For the hell of it i guess.

Isn't a car crash cause of death usually from hitting a wall or another car? I think he simply met there's never been a recorded overdose like alcohol.

I guess in the same way that nobody has ever died from someone firing the gun.
Gun's don't kill people. Bullets do.
You could overdose on marijuana theoretically. It would just take a lot of work.
