Is it just me or does KZ2 feel sluggish?

I felt like after the 1.11 patch the accuracy was stepped up just a hair. With the mid range rifles I was hitting people much easier at the length that is the barrier between being within range and out of range. I stepped the x-axis sensitivity up 1 click and im golden.
