2011 is my bet, but I'd say the more realistic answer is when the PS3 is cheap enough so that not everyone will jump onto the Wii once the PS2 is gone.
Unfortunately by that stage, it is likely that MS has developed the 360 brand name enough for it to be as well known as "Playstation" and with no doubt that by that time the 360 will be still be cheaper them the PS3, those people may not necessarily jump onto the PS3.
