Dude, if that happened you have no idea how happy I would be. You can keep VII and VIII. IX is the only good 3D FF game. <3 IX. It's my 2nd favorite FF of all time.

FF 7 ff 8 are my favorite ff, 9 was good, but lost something, dont know how, but i almost had to push myself to finish.

It's the opposite. FFVII and FFVIII lost what IV, V, and VI had found. What they did was destroy everything that was done right in the early games when they transitioned into 3D, and made it into something else entirely. Hiranobu Sakaguchi requested the chance to try and return Final Fantasy to it's roots. Square granted him that, and FFIX was created... and it was what FF should have been when it transitioned into 3D. It regained the charm it had lost. Not only has it been praised by Sakaguchi as his favorite Final Fantasy, but Nobuo Uematsu has also hailed it as his best work in any series, the FF series included.
