All things considered, including online play, and replayability?
Halo 3 - yeah, I know a lot of people hate it, but it's still the most played game on XBL and it's a nearly flawless competetive console shooter
Mario Galaxy - everything from the graphics to the controls blew me away. Easily the best single player experience I have had this gen
Street Fighter 4 - maybe...still too early to tell, but I never played a SF game before this one and I am loving it, even on XBL with the shitty 360 D-pad because my local EB Games is sold of of Arcade Sticks :(
Gears of War - had the controls that Resident Evil games should have been using all along accompanied by at the time breathtaking graphics and a solid story and multiplayer
I don't own a PS3 yet.... still waiting on a price cut, so I can't list any games for that system :(
