Compared to KZ2 , all games look like last-gen except CryEngine2 ,it's a fact .
The debate over which is better looking is kind boring now .

 

 Gears has more color.. it's not even debatable... this isn't about graphical fidelity even HL2 has tons more color to it than KZ2.  It's a technical marvel that uses many bleeding edge techniques to very great effect, but that game is still boring to look at as a viewer.  It'll be some time before I'll get my hands of a PS3, but I'm sure I'll enjoy playing it more than watching it on youtube.

I would like to point out that Helghan isn't a paradise. It's radiated beyond measure. It's a decayed world. Mostly uninhabitable. I read the Killzone story line on Killzone.com. It's an amazingly detailed in depth world history for the franchise. It explains why the worlds are the was they are.
