A lot of games I was gonna mention have all been said already (Starfox 64, Zelda 64, FFX, etc.). So I'm going to throw one in I'm a little bit afraid to admit ...
Pokemon R/B! I don't think I've ever been so addicted to trying to catch and raise all those little critters. I remember battling friends and being proud of how strong my Pokemon grew up to be ... especially you, Charmander *a tear* ... so lame :(
I don't care what anyone says about Pokemon, but that was a great game.
