Catch on fire? I guess you haven't even played the game. That 'fire' comes when player is taking hits. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bPhpx-tnVdM , see? You do know how large and free Crysis maps are? You do know that crysis physics are calculated entirely on CPU? You do know that its already quite old game? :)
You know whats hot today in physics on PC? Its PhysX on videocards. You know what does it look like? :) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qBlL0Jj7QBM Show me even one PS3 game that beats that. No and the answer isn't your Jesus Killzone 2. :P

both the ps3 and xbox360 both have PhysX support built right into their GPU's, as a matter of fact both system's are getting one of the best game's that showed those function's off:
CellFactor: Psychokinetic Wars, a remake of the free PhysX showcase CellFactor: Combat Training, will be a downloadable title for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 next year:
Today Ubisoft announced it will be releasing CellFactor: Psychokinetic Wars on Xbox LIVE Arcade for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and PlayStation Network from premier developer Immersion Games. CellFactor: Psychokinetic Wars is a fast-paced first-person multiplayer shooter that puts players in the center of the battle of technology vs. humanity. Complete with next-gen graphics and robust gameplay, CellFactor: Psychokinetic Wars allows players to wage war by using their choice of gunfire and/or telekinetic superpowers. Players can use telekinetic energy to rip objects from the surrounding environment and hurl them at enemies or draw on their powers to create a bullet-proof energy shield that protects against gunfire. Flying, teleporting and accelerated speed abilities give players countless ways to fight the good fight with plenty of intense combat action.
CellFactor: Psychokinetic Wars will be available on Xbox LIVE Arcade for Xbox 360 and PlayStation Network and is rated "T" for Teen.
