Which means Microsoft doesn't discriminate anyone (as the post I just quoted says, they banned someone for writing "heterosexual" in their profile) so there's no liability.
Meanwhile, SCEA TOS states SCEA decides what is offensive and what not, which means in case something like this would happen they are either homophobes (for considerating lesbianism offensive) or lose a chunk of customers around the world and get banned in several countries.
By the way, I am still waiting on you to bring proof that you are given the right to state your sexual orientation within the context of an online service operated by a private corporation.
At this point you are just grasping at straws to keep grinding that axe of yours.
