By win do you mean come out as the top selling console (for PS3) or handheld (for PSP)? In which case what I think is there is absolutely no way the PSP can win (gap to DS is just totally insurmountable) and there is only one way PS3 can win - blow up every Nintendo factory and office and drop the price to $150. That should see it gather enough sales to overtake the 360 (which would still be selling but would see much less sales than 360 on a weekly basis) and Wii (which would have stopped selling due to the console ceasing to be manufactured).
