I read on IGN how to make it.
Just make a new account, set it as UK.
Then when it asks for your address, put in 123 Sesame Street, York, England, YO1 6ET.
Easy, takes 5 minutes and you're on your way to Killzone 2 demo goodness (which as a former hater, I feel the need to admit was pretty good once you get used to the controls).
