Sandman is fantastic.
Seriously in a good scout hands you will
1-Stop uber rushes.
2- Make charging pyros look dumb.
3- Heaps of team help if you pick off people there fighting.
4- hitting turtling engys then gunning down there sentrys.
Also force of nature may have less shots but once again excellent escape weapon. Just fire watch them fly back as you run off into the distance.
