Nope.  I'm sure they are also being treated with suspensions.  Of course the article would never say that because it wants Microsoft to look like it is discriminating against the woman.

 

I'd rather see some bans. That's much worse than putting sexual orientation in a profile. Oh well...can't win 'em all.

I think the procedure is a suspension first, as a warning.  Then a perma ban if it continues.  That's just the way of the law for those types of things.
