 I second that... some of the people on Live are abnoxious and through racial, sexual, and just down right diguisting terms that apparantly apparanty never happend because there not in there profile.... this is riddiculous!

Microsoft cannot monitor all the communcation.  They give the feedback and reporting system for a reason.  If I ever hear racial or vulgar language, I do the right thing and report it because I consider myself a moral person and am offended by such things.  I do not make irrational connections to discrimination and sexual orientations, though.  If someone says they are gay, I could care less... I'm not gonna report that because people are gay.. woop-die-doo.  That doesn't change the fact that others are offended, and by the ToU it should not be allowed just as racial comments are not allowed.
