I don't see FF XIII having over/near a 50% attach rate in Japan honestly. Esp not the first week.

I don't think around 50% attach rate is out of the question for the first week.  FF7 and 10 both did 40% attach rate on their first weeks.  PS3, moreso than the PS2, people are buying it in Japan for FF XIII.
