Sony has alienated buyers with the PSP because of the price.  People seem to think that they should only be paying $150 or less for a handheld not $250, the same is happening with the PS3, because it is double the price of the competitors it is alienating potential buyers apart from the hardcore.


If that was the case, I would have bought both.  DS because of the games. PSP because it's cool to have with the functionalities.  Actually I didn't buy the DS and looked forward to the NDSL instead.  I bought my GBA not for the games but rather because it was the Famicom Edition.  But I agree price definitely makes a difference.
