Ooh, good question. I love both dearly, and it's really close. But Friends edges it out over Seinfeld for me. I love Ross so much. Funniest line ever......"Oh, I'll prove it. I'll prove it like a theorem!" I laughed so much over that line (you had to have seen the situation, or it doesn't make any sense at all).
