Valkyria Chronicles wasn't exactly a Success for them, however they have had failures from proven franchises as well just look at Virtua Fighter. You can't say that Sega has completely given up though, they are publishing Madworld and The Conduit on the wii even if they aren't making it. What has been a proven success for Sega is Sonic, HOTD, and Monkey ball games on wii.
