Controls made Metroid Prime 3 an entirely new game in addition to many new aspects of gameplay and reinovations of the Metroid franchise that brought this one to life, only its graphical similarity to its predicessors made it anything like them. Have you even played all three Metroid Primes? Your claims are those of someone who hasn't.
2. Halo 3, let's wait for the game to come out before jumping to such brash conclusions.
3. If by similar to Mario 64 you mean they both have Mario and are 3D? Seriously Ckmlb, what a piss poor comparison, your over eagerness to try and defend GOW is really showing in this one.
4. Twilight Princess really wasn't like Ocarina in Time, in fact many fans criticized it for not being enough like Ocarina of time. Have you actually played Ocarina of Time, because listening to your comparison of it to Twlight Princess really makes it sound like you haven't?
The Problem is Ckmlb, the only one of these sequals that could any way be so close to its predicessors as to be considered a copy & paste clone like GOW2 was, is Halo 3, and even then that's unsubstantiated speculation. Maybe you should try playing the game first before making such allegations. Games like Metroid, Zelda and Mario will always seem similar in that they need to keep certain elements of gameplay unique to themselves or risk ceasing to exist as the franchises they are, but they are clearly their own unique instalments, not clones like GOW2. If you're too eager to defend something you're just going to make a piss-poor argument, and by god, you did.
