1) Giygas: Went nuts (prolly due to a magicant) and has no capability to control himself any more. "It .....feels......GOOD....." and "NESS NESS NESS NESS NESS NESS"
2) Kefka: Just plain nuts
3) Luca Blight: Psychotic, enjoys killing for the hell of it.
