Most Insane Character in an RPG

Albedo is long-winded (and undoubtedly crazy) and he's a good second pick (Kefka's not actually all that insane depending on how you look at him), but Giygas is an embodiment of trauma, a screaming representation of fear and confusion. He's not just insane, he is insanity.

Giygas is just someone who got too powerful and lost his body who wants to conquer the world.  You can read more into that if you like but a lot of the stuff surrounding him is up to personal interpretation.  I'm not saying yours is wrong, but Giygas can be interpreted differently than the way you have.

I'm almost in the "Kefka is not insane" club.  He's a world-class jerk with a maniacal laugh for sure but I don't really see him as psychotic.  Sociopathic maybe, but probably not psychotic.

Pokey says as the battle begins that his mind was destroyed by his own power and he speaks in nothing but screaming sentence fragments during the time that he actually vocalizes anything. I'd say that that's pretty clearly more than "just someone who got too powerful and lost his body who wants to conquer the world".
