If you meant non Nintendo million sellers for home consoles this gen, it isn't much of a question. FFXIII should do 1 million in its first week, unless MH3 pulls some amazing numbers (and releases much earlier) it won't be able to pull it off.
If we're just talking about the Wii, I think MH3 can do it. I don't see DQX releasing until near 2011, so there's plenty of time.
The million mark isn't an easy barrier to cross, there are only 6 3rd party games that have done so on the DS in Japan. Nothing but MH for the PSP.
