Its already been said but I shall repeat the DS is the JRPG system of this gen. You cant go wrong with a ds if your into RPGs, and it also has a large variety of other games. Maybe wait for the dsi would be the way to go.
Support good third party games on wii. Buy games like house of the dead overkill, de blob, madworld, the conduit and boom blox.
